Clause 1. General Terms

These Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the YesClass.az platform operated by Frazex LLC (Baku, Babək Plaza, Block C, 3rd floor). By accessing or using this platform, you agree to these Terms.


Clause 2. Services

YesClass.az provides premium transfer services exclusively within Azerbaijan.

  • Common routes include Baku airport ↔ city center, Baku ↔ Ganja, Quba, Lankaran, etc.
  • Services are available through prior online booking only.

Clause 3. Booking & Cancellation

  • Booking is done online or via mobile app.
  • Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before scheduled ride. Cancellation later may incur fees.

Clause 4. Payments

  • Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, and other cards.
  • Card data is shared only with payment processors and secured per PCI DSS.
  • In case of flight delays, additional fees may apply — user will be notified in advance.

Clause 5. Liability

  • Frazex LLC is not liable for delays due to technical failures.
  • Users are responsible for any damage they cause to vehicles.

Personal data is only used for registration and service fulfillment. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

No strict age requirement, but adults handling the booking are advised.


Clause 9. Amendments

Frazex LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms. Changes take effect upon posting on the website.
